Brand Manager

Job Brief

HealthSolutions is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies and programs that will generate product demand for product installation, conversion, and market share expansion.

Responsibilities

  1. Conducts, ensures implementation and identifies methods, channels and sources of market research covering, but not limited to the following areas- current industry innovations and market requirements as well as technology updates on concurrent products.
  2. Determines and monitors customer buying habits in relation to product capability.
  3. Defines market segments and assesses market share against business goals.
  4. Seeks and discovers new market-related opportunities leveraging on the Company’s unique value proposition.
  5. Evaluates industry innovations, technology updates and market requirements into potential product offerings.
  6. Monitors the competitive landscape, including both direct and indirect competitors, and updates the competitive profile matrix relevant to current and future marketing plans.
  7. Evaluates and endorses as applicable, sales leads through market coverage and maintaining close interactions with, but not limited to, end-users, technical specialists and certain key decision makers.

  13. Executes sales and operations planning both on a quantitative and qualitative bases.
  14. Monitors marketing programs and product launch based on agreed metrics and aligning to business unit goals.
  15. Consolidates data pertaining to won/loss bids including all bidding opportunities that may or may not have been participated in by the business unit.
  16. Monitors and assesses conduct of product training across all segments.

Application Specialist (AppS)

Department: Marketing – Life Care Solution (LCS)

Job Brief

Provide complementary support to sales in terms of product demonstration and acceptance of product to prospective and existing clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Schedules actual demonstrations of equipment as requested by the RSM.
  2. Coordinates with the warehouse and the service engineer the schedule of equipment to be used for demo.
  3. Schedules end user trainings (EUTs) to anesthesiologists as requested by the RSM.
  4. Schedules demo or end user training.
  5. Conducts actual demonstrations and end user trainings as well.
  6. Collates demo evaluation forms and end-user training acknowledgment forms filled-up and signed by doctors/end-users.
  7. Coordinates with RSMs if there are any issues that arise during the demo or EUT.
  8. Monitors request for Demo and pull-out of unit from hospital.
  9. Prepares and submits weekly Demo Status forms and inventory.
  10. Trains new Application Specialists.
  11. In-charge of developing and collating training manual for trainee or newly hired AppS.

Group Brand Manager (GBM)

Job Brief

This position is responsible for the pre-sale and post-sale customer support of ultrasound, 2D Echo products and their applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities.
  2. Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
  3. Assist with product training for Ultrasounds and 2D Echo to field Sales Representatives.
  4. Supports tradeshow and other marketing activities.

Knowledge and Experience

Product Manager (PM)

Job Brief

The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to assist in the formulation of   Marketing Strategies and Programs (including product sales deals, incentive programs, and product launches) that will generate product demand for product installation, conversion, and market share expansion through professional in-service meetings, product demonstration session, and product education.

Responsibilities

  1. To strategize for product demand generation by guiding the sales people in the execution of strategies and special activities as to which customers to visit, what action to undertake, and which specific strategy should be implemented for specific product to be promoted
  2. To analyze market conditions through market intelligence and research by constantly reviewing and defining market size, market share, competitive situation, market segmentation, product positioning, and product mix, and by preparing product information materials
  3. To conduct periodic product competency training programs, coach, and motivate sales force to perform effectively by setting clear and specific product directions, and by preparing marketing plans and programs to ensure that the set objectives are met
  4. To manage and closely monitor inventory movement in relation to importation forecast, sales forecast, in-market sales, and product focus

Job Brief

Nurse Educator (NE)

Under the direct supervision of the GBM, the Nurse Educator is responsible for giving education on best practices in intravenous therapy process.

Responsibilities

  1. Promotes ITS products through education in his/her assigned geographical area.
  2. Ensure achievement of ITS sales budget in his/her assigned area.
  3. Implement action programs for ITS in his/her assigned area.
  4. Conduct best practices programs for Intravenous therapy process in his/her assigned territory.

Associate Sales Area Manager (ASAM)

Department: Sales

Job Brief

The primary responsibility of the ASAM is 100% fieldwork and coverage to all customers – existing ones, new customers, and potential users and buyers. Effective product promotions, territorial management, and effective customer contact should be consistently implemented for the achievement of Sales and Collection targets, customer intimacy, and brand loyalty that will guarantee long term repeat business. The ASAM is expected to sell the product’s quality features and benefits with the company’s dependable service and reliable reputation through professional interaction with the end-users and decision makers who will eventually recognize and accept the company as one that delivers and completes the “solutions”.

Responsibilities

  1. To focus on generating demands from the end-users and decision makers through professional selling for product installation, brand conversion, and expansion of the market share.
  2. To ensure that all medical, nursing or other specific practitioners are encouraged to actively and routinely prescribe, endorse, dispense, use and recommend the products to the greatest possible number of procedure/s and / or patients for an increasing repeat business.
  3. To exhaust every possible means to deliver, if not exceed, the assigned monthly sales target by working on Purchase Orders, and by assisting delivery of goods whenever necessary.
  4. To plan, coordinate, implement and conduct regular Product Education and demonstration sessions in the territory.
  5. To execute the Marketing programs, strategies and sales tactics, and to initiate, coordinate, conduct and prepare “cost-savings study or cost-benefit analysis” relative to product placement/entry in each account.

Responsibilities

    1. Responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
    2. Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
